※【音樂】伯朗先生應邀指揮大地之歌 ─ 綺樂悠揚永懷心~921地震十周年紀念音樂會－伯朗太太的築夢窩♪♬

2009年伯朗先生受中山大學林敏媛教授之邀參與名加大提琴合奏團為紀念921地震十週年而舉辦的音樂

會, 他義不容辭的答應為這個有意義的音樂會擔任指揮的部份, 音樂會中也有機會與大家演奏他的專長-大提琴。音樂會中, 44把大提琴的吟詠道盡大家對受災同胞的懷思與悼念, 希望讓大提琴的詩歌能溫暖大家的心。

伯朗先生感言: "When asked by Min-Yuan to conduct this benefit concert on behalf of the victims of the 9/21 earthquake, I immediately said yes. I remembered clearly that night holding our one month old daughter and racing out of the house to escape the danger of our home. I thought to the trips we teachers, staff, and community took up into the mountains to bring medical supplies, food and tents those who had lost their homes and family members."

"It was a joy to work with all of the people in this concert. The teachers, students and parents diligently and carefully prepared this exceptional program. They put their whole hearts into the music in order to bring out the passion, the pathos, and the exultant jubilation expressed within the hand of each composer."
